Accordian Tag album with tutorial

Thursday, February 21, 2008

As promised to my Scrap & Stamp club members, here is the tutorial for the February project. This accordian album concept was designed by Kelly English-Triggs, a Close to My Heart consultant. It's a fabulous idea and I was so happy to be able to teach it to my classes. The finished size is 4"x6", and spreads out to 24". This sample is blank, no photos, but I can't wait to put some pretty black & whites in this baby. Each of the album "pages" can be treated as little scrapbook pages as well, not just the tags, so you can really load it up with photos and journaling. The paper is from Silhouette level 2 collection, and all stamps are from the Soul Mates word puzzle set.

To view the tutorial, just click on the green arrow. You'll need to stop the slide show if you want to read the captions and follow along, so just use the little pause button and manually advance each frame. Or, if you really hate slideshows, click here to go to the album.

Enjoy!
