What you've been asking for....

The tutorial for the mini fabric bags is finally here! I created these little beauties as goodie bags for the attendees of my Creative University retreat. They're so easy and fun, hope the tutorial is helpful to those who've asked for it. Click here for tutorial. Be patient, it may take a while to load, but it's worth it!

These are great little multi-purpose bags, so many uses! Fill with scrappin' supplies on your desktop, or in the bathroom for beauty products, even an itty bitty garbage can for all your paper bits while croppin'.

Note: This post has been altered from its previously published version. I've removed the slideshow in the blog and replaced it with the link above, to allow faster loading of the page.

Card Keeper Sneak Peek

Check out the project that my Scrap 'n Stamp club members will be creating in May! I think it turned out pretty cute. The new papers from the Boom-di-Ada collection by Close to My Heart have such a fun, funky feel, I love the colors.

The original idea for this keeper came from Beate Johns, click here for the tutorial.

New Look!

Tuesday, April 15, 2008

About time I changed the look of my blog, it's been the same old basic design since day one. I found this place to download free blog headers, since I'm a little photoshop challenged, I didn't want to try to make my own digitally. The background was just enough to get me started, I added the text and combined them in PrintShop, which is my FAVE program, since I've used it forever.

Not sure if the black background is working for me, but is sure makes my photos pop out. Post a comment, let me know if I should keep the black background or go back to white. I'd love to hear what you think!
