A Virtual Class, for free!

I've been wanting to create an on-line project class for quite a while, so this video is a bit different because it's in multiple parts. Part one (below) walks you through the creation of the cover of this mini album. I'm going to try to release the inner page videos as I finish them up, so expect one per week (hopefully!)
This first video is LONG, almost 10 minutes. That's a record for me, I like to keep my videos short and sweet. Or short and funny, actually. The inner page videos will be shorter, but probably not so funny, so that I can get them out faster.
All of the supplies used are listed on the video, but there's not an official "what you need" list. That's because I wanted viewers to be able to create the project with items they might already own. The most important part is the mini album, since you'll need cardstock inner pages that you can remove and alter, then put back into the album. You can substitute a chipboard book with rings for binding. If the inner pages are chipboard you'll need to set them aside and cut new cardstock pages. You'll see why in the follow up videos. Can't exactly fold chipboard, now can we?
This "go with what you have" theme is also why I don't have a cutting template or even measurements. Use your eyeballs and a ruler, then just wing it.
Once the series is complete, I'd love to see the final results from anyone who follows along! I'll have a nice prize for one lucky viewer who posts their project, so make sure you take pictures of your finished album.
Coming next, Creative University highlights!
