Once in a while, I take pictures of my food. What, you don't do that? Sometimes I just think my plate looks pretty, but sometimes I'll photograph everything I eat in a day or even a few days, just to keep myself honest about what goes into my body. It makes me more thoughtful before I eat, since I know I'm keeping track, and let's face it, healthy food is just prettier than junk food.
Breakfast: Scrambled egg with mushrooms and onions.
Lunch: Pizza slice with mushrooms and ham, green salad.
Dinner: Thai chicken coconut soup.
