Friday Freebie, Stamp Set Give-away!

Friday, May 28, 2010

As promised, a give-away to celebrate the final chapter of my Adore Mini Album video tutorial. I'm so happy to be done, I'm giving away not one, but two stamp sets to one lucky reader! Here's what you can win....

The stamp sets are Tender Tags and Welcome Home. Together a $45.90 value!

I'll keep this simple, here are the rules:
1. Leave a comment and tell me something you've learned from this series, or a favorite part in the series.
2. Um... that's it. I should make this harder....

You might want to check back on Whatever Wednesday and see if you've won. That would be good.

Now, get to work on your own version of this album! I'll be hosting a contest in two weeks for an even bigger, better prize for anyone who enters a photo of their finished album. You don't need to use the same paper, or even the same album, just use mine as inspiration and get crafting!

Well--my fac part of the series in all the funny things you do in the vidoes--you always make amazing projects and I get a chuckle as well! I love the fold up page (page 7 or 8) and the page that opens up in the center--the whole book was great!

I love the way you gave pages a differant look instead of just being the way it was.

I love how unique the album was. Each page is different...it gave the standard album a whole new look. I never would have thought of making all the pockets/pull-outs, etc. Awesome!! Thank You!!

Hi Tresa what I love of your videos are the intro always so funny (the necklace on the final chapter is beautiful) what I love of the series are the lot of different techniques (I have never tried the masking so i will try that soon, by the way loved your mask you look like one of the INCREDIBLES LOL) My fav part of the book is actually the lots of pockets where you can use for photos and journaling

I think that my favorite thing from the video was learning how to mask with post-it notes. That is such a great idea because they stick and are just the right size! I am going to have to try it for myself! What a great album and helpful video!

I'm always scared to cover chipboard but you made it look easy. Still, my favorite part? YOU! Love your sense of humor and joy for life. :)

I have to say I don't have a favorite page, I LOVE,LOVE,LOVE the whole book. You however, are one of my favorites with your silliness. I am still laughing over the tape mask on your face. I wish I had the courage to pull something like that off. Keep them coming!

I love the ruffles techniques in your album... but my fav part is the cover. You made so many details there and, even so, it looks so simple! Amazing!
I'll try to make one too! (Actually, I made this beatutiful cover, but couldn't wait any longer and used it for another kind of album. It was burning my hands!).
Greetings!

I like the way that you encourage us to use our own stash of CTMH products. In part 3, I thought it was really neat how you made the pocket to hold the 3 tags. I've had one of these exact albums sitting around for months, now I'm planning on actually putting it to use. Thanks for the inspiration...and a shot at your give-away:)

Wow...what a wonderful mini!

OK, one thing I learned....I love the last page you did (not sure what it's called) when you folded the original in half and made it into multiple pages! Fantastic!

I gotta tell you I have never seen CTMH stamps or products but this definitely makes me interested! Crossing my fingers and toes in hoeps I get to try them out real soon with a BIG win on your giveaway! ha! Thanks for the chance!

I am hooked. My favorite part has been learning new techniques - making a paper ruffle, masking, and how to transform a plain white book into a "fabulously artsy" keepsake. Thank you for sharing.

Tresa, You inspire me to create! I appreciate all the work you put into your video tutorials and your projects for class. I loved how you used the given pages in the mini-album in different ways to make pockets, multiple pages etc. If you would have given me a mini-album to create before, I would have just embellished each page and it would have been a nice simple album, but now thanks to you my album is fabulous. This fabulousness you are teaching is also carrying over to my other pages. Thanks!

I love how every page has sometime of interaction. It's not just some boring album you would just flip through. I would have never thought of it. Great Job!

I Love all the Tips and Techniques especially the ruffles and folded pages. It was fun to see how all your folding and stamping and fun embellishment went together to make each page. I very much enjoyed this project and hope to make something from what I learned from you of my own. When I get it done I will show you what I have done. Thanks very much for this series. I can't wait to see what you do next.

Well for the favorite part of your videos and series is always you, whenever I need a good laugh I just get up 30 mins to watch you. But also the most important thing I learned was that these albums aren't as scary as they always as they seemed. That they are easy peasy just need to take the plunge. Thanks for this chance.

What I love is the way you look at things differently than I do, but still the same. I always want to us up my scraps so nothing goes to waste. You make papercrafting fun. I have followed you for some time and have done a few of your other projects. They are easy to recreate. Whenever I play one of your videos, my DH comes in worndering what is going on. lol Great job.

First, you have a great personality for making videos...funny. Second, what I liked the most this time around is the pockets that you made. I hope to incorporate more pockets on my scrapbook pages. BTW, my 6-year old daughter loves your vidoes as well. She now pretends to make you-tube videos of her scrapbooking and making cards! :-)
