Last night's ustream class was a hoot. I have a new hi-def webcam with auto-focus so the show is so much better when you can see it clearly. The techniques I demonstrated in this card are box-pleated ruffles with copy paper (yes, just plain ol' copy paper!) and a very special embossing technique... let's just say I had to get up close and personal with my cardstock to make the pink kiss print.
Note: I added a few improvements to the card shown above, after finishing the class video, so it looks a tad different. Another row of rhinestones on the bottom, and I re-kissed the cardstock. In the class I kept laughing (from embarassment) and I thought my lip print looked more like Joan Rivers, less like Pamela Anderson. If you try the technique, you need to practice your pucker!

CUTE!!! Loved your ustream video (had to watch the recorded version)!!! Definitely gonna have to do somethig like this!!!
I love watching the classes and then seeing the card posting. I told MDH about the kissing and he laughed.
Tresa, you are such a hoot! I can't wait to watch the rerun. Mwah!
Adorable card! Just watched your Ustream and it was fun to see you create . I especially like that the stamping does not have to be 'perfect' and the finished card still looks great. Coloring and stamping the plain white printer paper is a wonderful tip.
This was a really fun class to watch, Tresa! Thanks.
Still my fav.
