Singed Flower Bracelet Tutorial and Giveaway!

Friday, October 1, 2010

If you tuned in to the ustream show on Wednesday, you are probably anxiously waiting your chance to win this bracelet! For the first post of Blogtoberfest, I'm going to make this giveaway quick and simple! There are three ways to enter, do all three to triple your chances! Instructions to enter the contest are at the bottom of this post. Winner will be announced on Sunday.

Gorgeous, no?
The flower can be used on jewelry, like here, but if you're not one for wearing flowers, you can add them to your papercrafting projects. They're lightweight and smash-proof.

A nice close-up so you can see all those luscious layers. To make these singed flowers, you'll need to start with polyester satin and/or organza. I stamped on my fabric with Staz-on ink, or you can leave it plain.
Watch me make the bracelet on my ustream show....

Ready to enter for you chance to win the bracelet? Enter by completing step one,
complete step 2 and 3 for additional chances to win!
1. Leave a comment below
2. Become a follower (if you're already a follower, tell me)
3. Grab my Blogtoberfest button from the sidebar and add it to your blog sidebar

When you leave a comment, if you choose anonymous, you have to leave your name and a contact email or web/blog address, or it won't count.. 'cuz I need to reach you if you win!

I cut a lot with fabric on my Cricut, I teach classes in my area. You need to have wunder under ironed on it and have the wunder under face up when cutting. But yes, you can cut with a cricut.
