Just a few more weeks until Close to My Heart’s national convention in Dallas, Texas! This year all of the attendees received a “homework” assignment. Five lesson plans to complete five Studio J layouts, start to finish.
Here’s my layout #1:
I’ll be sharing the remainder of the layouts throughout this week.
The lessons were a great learning opportunity, and I learned quite a few new techniques that I’ll be sharing after convention. I’ve been using Studio J since they released it, but not as consistently as I should. It’s a great way to quickly scrap a lot of photos, and it’s a huge timesaver.
Studio J is always free to try, nothing to pay until you decide to purchase your layout. There are hundreds of options in paper, designs and embellishments, and it’s set up to be simple enough for a total newbie to use, but it’s also customizable for those advanced users.
